As per the VITEEE 2021 counselling dates, Candidates within 1 lakh ranks are eligible to participate in the counseling and seat allotment process which is scheduled to be held from June 21 to July 16, 2021 in four phases.
In order to fill VIT University 2021 Counseling form candidates should be eligible, after find eligible they can fill their form by using their enrollment ID and Password according to the schedule given below. Candidates have to need to pay the non-refundable amount as counselling fee. On the proper date, students have to carry all required documents for VITEEE Counselling 2021. Who is Eligible to Appear for VITEEE 2021 Counselling?
- VITEEE 2021 Rank holders from 1 to 99999 are eligible to participate in the counseling for admission in various cities i.e. Vellore / Chennai / Bhopal (MP) / VIT-AP.
- For VIT- Bhopal, VITEEE Rank holders up to 150000 are eligible to participate counseling for admission in Bhopal (MP) Only.
*** Those whose Rank over 100000 not eligible for admission in Vellore / Chennai / VIT-AP
How to apply for VITEEE 2021 Counselling
Step 1- Reporting / Registration
For Registration, aspirants have to report to the counselling center. As per the rank scored in VITEEE 2021 designated venue and schedule will be allotted, as per the availability, students will select campus or branch.
Step 2- Document verification
After registration, verify the necessary documents.
Phase 3- Allocation
The campus will allocate according to rank/score in the Entrance Examination, the order of priority and seat availability.
Step 4- Uploading Required Images
After that, candidates have to upload all required documents i.e. images of photograph/fingerprint/ digital signature.
Step 5- Student Profiles
After following the above steps, aspirants have to upload documents on student profiles.
Step 6- Fee Payment
After that, pay the consultation fee to confirm the allotted seat. In the favour of ‘Vellore Institute of Technology’ they will have to deposit DD (demand draft) for Rs.50,000/ -, which will be payable in Vellore, out of which 11,800 counseling fees cannot be refunded.
Phase-6 Hostels Inquiries:
The hostel will have to deposit a separate demand draft for Rs.21,000 / – (from which 1200 / – hostel admission processing fee cannot be refunded) for the requirement of hostel accommodation. ‘Vellore Institute of Technology’ has been prepared in favor. Payable in Vellore
VITEEE 2021 Counselling Fee
Eligible Candidates who are going to appear for the counselling, have to pay a required counselling fee. All students are advised that the counselling and processing fee is non-refundable, once the candidate joins the institute it will be adjusted towards academic fees. Let’s have to look table below-

- Class X Board Certificate as a proof of date of birth or any other age proof Certificate

- Community Certificate (For SC/ST candidates only)
- Nativity Certificate (For Aspirants hailing from Jammu and Kashmir and the North Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura).
- DEMAND DRAFT for Rs.50,000/- drawn in favour of ‘Vellore Institute of Technology’, payable at Vellore
- Demand Draft for Rs.21,000/- drawn in favour of ‘Vellore Institute of Technology’, payable at Vellore, for Hostel
Scholarship
