About the University:
Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) (formerly UPTU) was established by the Government of Uttar Pradesh, vide Act Amendment No. 1156(2) LXXIX-V-1-15-1(Ka), 24-2015, dated September 9, 2015, Uttar Pradesh Adhiniyam Sankhya 23 of 2000. Under the University Act, ‘Technical Education’ includes programs of education, research, and training in engineering, technology, architecture, town planning, pharmacy, applied arts and crafts, and such other programs and areas that the central government may, in consultation with the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) by notification in the Gazette declare.
About the University’s Exam:
Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU) has organized an Odd Semester Exam for B.Tech., MBA, MCA, and B.Pharma courses. Exams were conducted in December and practical in January. And even semester (II, IV, VI, and VIII) exams are conducted in the month of May–June. Students appeared for the Ist, IIIrd, Vth, and VIIth Semester Exams in December.All 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year students are waiting for their results.
