Recently The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training UP has released the UP NEET UG-2022 merit list for undergraduate admission list for the state. Those who have qualified in UP NEET UG-2020 Exam can download the UP NEET Category-wise rank 2020 list here at studydesire.com web portal.
The merit list of UP NEET UG-2020 was released for 85% of state quota seats. In Uttar Pradesh, there are 3920 MBBS and 2251 BDS seats in government and private colleges of Uttar Pradesh. Candidates selected in the NEET merit list 2011 will get admission to MBBS and BDS colleges in Uttar Pradesh. Candidates will get admission according to their rank list.
They also need to pay required fees at documents verification time. After the issued merit list, there will be a document verification and consultation process for admission. Candidates can check the details from the NTA official website.

NEET Tie-Breaker
Those who appeared for NEED exam 2022 need to check tie breaker rules from the below bullet points
- Initially, the points created by candidates of biology (botanical science and zoology) will be considered. Higher rank candidates in biology are allocated.
- If the above is not sufficient, then the marks of candidates in the chemistry examination are checked. Then, the higher ranked candidate gets higher marks.
- Tier is still retained, then the number of attempts is counted and the candidate who responds less incorrectly gets a higher rank.
- Finally, to break the tie, the candidate’s age is considered. The old candidate is allotted a higher post.

After checking NEET merit list 2022, candidates need to participate in the counseling process according to their rank. For the counseling round, candidates should prepare their documents, as in the list below.

UP NEET Counselling Security Money
For UP NEET Counselling 2022, students need to pay the security money through the demand draft in favor of DG, Medical Education and Training, UP. Demand Draft will be payable in the nodal office situated in Lucknow. After completion of admission process at Medical College, the security amount will be returned to the candidates.
