GATE 2022 Notification
GATE is also known as the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering. It is one of the prestigious exams in India which is the gateway to get admission in various undergraduate subjects in Engineering/ Technology/ Architecture and post-graduate level subjects in Science. The Organizing Institute (OI) is responsible for coordination between the end-to-end process and the institutions of administration. The Indian Institute of Science (IISc) is one of the seven Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs at Bombay, Delhi, Guwahati, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras and Roorkee) which jointly manage the operations of GATE. GATE-related operations in each of the 8 zones are managed by a zonal GATE office in IIT or IISc.
