COMEDK UGET 2021: Application Correction (Started), Syllabus

COMEDK UGET 2021 Application Correction process has been started from 5th August 2021 and its Exam Date has been released now.

This COMEDK UGET entrance test is organized every year by the Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK).

It COMEDK UGET Exam 2021 is the national level entrance exam which is the gateway to get admission into the UG Engineering program. Admission into architecture will be done based on NATA Scores.

• COMEDK UGET 2021 Application process has been started on 22nd March 2021.
• Students can apply till 31st July 2021.
• The complete application process is carried out via online mode through link provided on the website.
• The steps involved in the COMEDK UGET application process is – Online Registration & filling of application, uploading of necessary documents, selecting the exam center and making application fee payment.
• The COMEDK UGET Application Form 2021 must be correctly & completely filled and submitted duly before the last date.
• Authority also provides correction facility to rectify mistakes in the form from July 2021.
• Students must fill complete details in the application correctly as no correction will be allowed later in the application.

Application Fee:

• Payment Mode: The application fee can be paid by the applicants through debit/credit card or net banking method.
• Applicants have to pay application fee of Rs.1800 + GST & Convenience charges.

COMEDK UGET 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Students must go through the COMEDK UGET eligibility norms before applying for it:

Nationality:

• Applying students must be citizen of India.

For UG Engineering Course:

• Qualifying Exam: Candidate should have passed 12^th level/ 2nd PUC from a recognized Central or State Board or University.
• Qualifying Subjects: Students must have passed 12^th level with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry and English as mandatory subjects.
• Qualifying Marks: Candidates must have secured 45% marks (40% for ST/SC/OBC candidates of Karnataka State) in 12th level.

For UG Architecture Course:

• Qualifying Exam: Students must have passed 12^th level/ 2nd PUC/10+3 Diploma from a recognized Central or State Board or University.
• Qualifying Subjects: Candidate in the qualifying exam must have passed the exam with Mathematics as necessary subject along with other subjects.
• Qualifying Marks: Candidates in the qualifying exam must have passed with 50% marks (40% for ST/SC/OBC candidates of Karnataka State).
• NATA Scores: Student must have qualified NATA 2021 securing the cut off.

COMEDK UGET 2021 Exam Pattern

Below we have provided details related to COMEDK UGET exam pattern:

• Exam Date: COMEDK UGET 2021 exam will be held on 14th September 2021.
• Exam Mode: The test will be organized in online mode.
• Paper Language: The exam paper will be present in English language.
• Number & Type of Questions: The paper will contain total of 180 MCQs.
• Time Duration: The time to complete the exam will be of 3 hours.
• Subjects: The paper will contain questions from the subjects of Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry.
• Total Marks: The exam will be of 180 marks with each section of 60 marks.
• Marking Scheme: 1 mark will be awarded for each correct answer. Negative marking will not be done in the exam for incorrect answers.

COMEDK UGET 2021 Syllabus

COMEDK Karnataka sets the COMEDK UGET syllabus every year. The Syllabus for the exam will contain topics from the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

On the day of exam, students have to present their admit cards with their photo id proof for verification. It is a necessary document required to sit for the exam.

COMEDK UGET 2021 Answer Key

COMEDK UGET 2021 Answer Key will be made available in July 2021. The board will release the provisional answer key by online mode on the website.

Also the provisional answer key can be challenged in case of discrepancy in it. The final answer key will be published on July 2021 after the challenge will be accepted by the authority.

With the Answer key, students can calculate their marks and know the qualifying chances in the exam.

COMEDK UGET 2021 Result

The result of COMEDK UGET 2021 will be announced in July 2021. Students can result and download scorecard online from the website. The rank card/ scorecard issued will display details of Candidate name, date of birth, registration number, test score, roll number, rank and qualifying status etc.

To know the result and get the scorecard, students have to enter their login details. With the result declaration, merit list will be published in which the candidates shortlisted for counselling will be provided.

COMEDK UGET 2021 Counselling

The complete counselling procedure and schedule of COMEDK UGET 2021 will be provided on the website in July 2021. The stages in the counselling will be – Registration, fee payment of counselling, entry of options and locking, mock allotment, allotment of seats and document verification.

Students during the counselling process have to show all the necessary documents for verification. COMEDK UGET 2021 counselling will be held in offline mode.
