About CBLU :
Chaudhary Bansi Lal University was established by the Government of Haryana in 2014 under Act 25 of 2014. Although, The University is a State University and is recognized by the University Grants Commission (India). Hence, The University is named after Bansi Lal who was the former Chief Minister of Haryana. Thus, The University has been established as a teaching-cum-affiliating University to facilitate higher education in multi-disciplines with special emphasis on sports and physical education and to achieve excellence in these and connect fields.
